Max Bader - is a teacher at the University of Leiden with experience in Russia and Eurasia (post -Soviet space). Before joining the University of Leiden, he was a lecturer and researcher at the University of Amsterdam, Munich University of Ludwig-Maximilian and the OSCE Academy, and was also an invited researcher at the University of George Washington and the Kiev-Mogilyansk Academy. The scientific interests of Dr. Bader include elections, authoritarian policy, democratization and new media. His research interests include elections, authoritarian policy, democracy and new media. The current research project of Bader is “Human Security and Conflicts in Ukraine: local approaches and transnational aspects”. It was published in magazines such as “democratization”, “post -Soviet relations”, “Russian politics”, “research and politics”, “research of Europe and Asia”, “representation”, “communist and post -communist research”.
In addition to academic circles, the bader is engaged in or is currently engaged in: monitoring the OSCE / BDIPCH elections and other institutions in the post -Soviet space; Assessment of Policy for USAID and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands; Public speaking about politics and international relations in post -Soviet Eurasia; Membership on the Web -Generation Leaders of Euro -Atlantic Security
