Samat explores one of the current topics of our society - illegal enrichment. 

The topic of the research project: “Legal problems of the application of the ban on“ illegal enrichment. ”

After the completion of the program, Samat plans:

- appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic with a motion to recognize Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal enrichment) of unconstitutional;

- write articles in the media about the problem of criminalization of illegal enrichment;

-conduct guest lectures for students of 2-3 courses on the topic of research.
