Oksana Nesterenko-Executive Director of Anti-Corruption Research and Education Center (ACREC)-the famous research center of Ukraine, the project manager for the protection of the Ukrainian League for Combating Corruption and a member of the anti-corruption group of resuscitation of reforms. Dr. Nesterenko participated in the development of the Law “On Access to Public Information” and in the implementation of many projects aimed at increasing the transparency of the Ukrainian government, the rule of law and democratic development in Ukraine. In addition, it is the co -author of the bill "On the Protection of Informators and the Disclosure of Information on the Dies and the Threat of Public Fingers."
