Corruption lives favorably and flourishes in conditions of closed and inaccessibility of information, while information openness is a key factor in combating corruption.
The purpose of the research project: to analyze international standards and mechanisms to ensure access to information and the possibility of their implementation in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
